SHIPPING TIME: ORDERS ARE SHIPPED United States Postal Service (UPS), Insured, Priority or Global Priority Mail (3 day)
Orders are usally shipped out within 3-7 days of receipt.
( if you do not recieve your " in stock" items withen 10 days of you purchase and you have not recieved any e-mail message from me, please contact me.)
Arrangements can be made to ship items Express mail, if you choose the EXPRESS MAIL OPTION YOU MUST ALSO CALL AND/OR e-mail: email@example.com AND NOTIFY ME OF THAT FACT.( I am the only person running my store so if I am out of town you will want to know)
If you would like FEDEX YOU MUST MAKE YOUR ORDER BY PHONE OR e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. (I live rural, there is no same day pick up, I can do next business day only)

We do not offer Air Mail or Media Mail services.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Rates/Charges are automatically calculated by a program and are based on amount spent, not by the item.
If the management notes you have been charged excessive shipping, the overpayment will be re-credited to your card. After a short amount of time to make sure no part of your order is being returned.
In Some cases, generally large heavy items, the shipping charged is not enough and we will have to charge an additional amount.
REFUSED & NON DELIVERABLE PACKAGES: If you refuse a package you will still be charged full shipping and a 10% restocking fee on the item, refusing a package will also delay its return domestically for up to 30 days and internationally for up to 60. No payments will be refunded until the item is received back at the store. Non Deliverable packages or packages that are not signed for will be held at the respective Post office for 30-45 days then returned. Postage will not be refunded.
